In the course of representing both residential and commercial landlords, Duberman Associates is often relied upon to resolve disputes with tenants. We regularly appear in and have successfully tried landlord/tenant cases in landlord/tenant court. Our firm also represents tenants in disputes with a landlord including security deposit issues and self-help provisions in a lease.
